Expiry date: 03/31/2025

Indian mythology depicts female deities with a thousand arms. This is because women are able to do a thousand things at once while balancing the natural rhythm of life. This delicious infusion composed of thyme, licorice, lavender and raspberry leaves helps maintain this balance. The subtle message of this infusion is: "The wisdom of natural rhythms".

Composition

raspberry leaves*, liquorice*, lemon verbena*, cinnamon*, lemon balm*, ginger*, thyme*, lavender flowers*, oregano*, cardamom*, black pepper*, cloves*

raspberry leaves

The raspberry is a biennial shrub, the fruits of which are not missing from any fruit plate. But not only the berries are valuable: man has been using the fresh leaves of the raspberry bush for a long time to prepare hot drinks. Raspberry leaves are slightly harsh and delicately bitter.

lemon verbena

Also known as Venus grass, verbena was delivered to Europe only at the end of the 18th century. It is native to South America, where it enjoys optimal sunshine. Lemon verbena belongs to the Verbenaceae family and contains valuable essential oils.

Lavender

Lavender: the whole Mediterranean basin seems to exhale its intoxicating fragrance. This plant, which belongs to the Labiaceae family, grows in these regions – although, due to its magnificent flowers, it is cultivated all over the world. Spicy and bitter with slightly harsh notes, lavender contains precious essential oils.

Licorice

Licorice, an essential component in the manufacture of a confectionery bearing the same name, has been known since antiquity. Its sweetening power is 50 times higher than that of sugar, its taste is mild, sweet, bitter and harsh.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon was one of the most expensive spices in the world and is said to have been used in China as a spice as early as 3000 BC. JC Cinnamon obtained from the bark of the South Asian cinnamon tree is characterized by a sweet and aromatic flavor and contains precious essential oils.

lemon balm

The bees are greedy for its fruits swollen with nectar, the men appreciate it for the sparkling and lemony taste of these leaves. During the Middle Ages, lemon balm was so respected that its cultivation was made compulsory in cloister gardens across Europe.

Ginger

Whether used in Christmas cookies, in curries or in the form of lemonade: bulbous ginger is one of the best-known aromatic plants worldwide. Cultivated for millennia in tropical conditions in East Asia, it embellishes a large number of YOGI TEA® varieties with its fruity, pungent, aromatic and spicy flavors.

Thyme

Thyme is a plant of the Labiaceae family appreciated by man for millennia as a condiment. It grows mainly around the Mediterranean basin and is characterized by a powerful, tasty and slightly harsh aroma.

Oregano

Oregano is, due to its full and slightly bitter aroma, an indispensable component in Mediterranean cuisine. It is mainly found in Central Europe, but oregano is also a popular aromatic plant in North America and the Middle East.

Cardamom

Cardamom has been the most popular spice in Asia and Arab countries for millennia. Its subtle sweet yet tangy aroma makes cardamom essential for a multitude of dishes ranging from curries to spicy Christmas cookies.

Black pepper

Also known as the "king of spices", black pepper is today, besides salt, the main condiment in the world. Originating from the Malabar Coast of India, its intensely aromatic taste ranges from slightly spicy to pungent.

Cloves

Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree. In our latitudes, they are mainly known as a spice to enhance savory and sweet dishes. Derived from the clove tree which belongs to the Myrtaceae family, their aroma is aromatic and intense for which one paid its weight in or in ancient China and Egypt.
